Once your refund has been issued, you’ll receive a notification. Please note, it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

We offer a 14-day return period, allowing customers to return their package without needing to provide a reason. This period begins on the day you receive your order. Please ensure that your return shipment is sent back to us within these 14 days.

Sale Items
For items purchased on sale, refunds are not available. These items can only be exchanged for another item from our collection or converted into store credit.

Step 9: Air Dry or Tumble Dry on Low
Air drying is ideal—lay garments flat or hang them to dry. If using a dryer, select a low-heat setting to avoid shrinking or damaging the fabric.
Step 10: Iron or Steam as Needed
Once dry, iron or steam your garments to remove wrinkles. Always follow the care label’s ironing instructions to protect the fabric.

If your order has already been processed or dispatched and you’re unable to update the address through our team, contact the shipping carrier directly. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Need to exchange or return your purchase? We're here to help! You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to make your decision.
Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs charges (import duties or taxes) on exchanges. Be sure to keep proof of shipment until your return reaches our warehouse, as we cannot accept any claims without tracking information.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Please note the following exceptions:
- Certain sale items marked as Final Sale (not eligible for refunds or exchanges)
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Worn or damaged items not previously disclosed to customer support (these will be rejected, and the products will be destroyed)
For bundles or multipacks, all items must be returned as a complete unit, including tags and original packaging. If any individual items are missing or damaged, the return may be rejected.
Regarding 1+1 and 2+1 deals: We do not offer refunds or returns on free items from these promotions.

Returns are at your own expense, with costs varying depending on the courier and the country you're returning the package from.
Returns are processed as quickly as possible. Once your package is shipped from your postal office to a consolidation hub and then to our warehouse for inspection, you can track the status of your return through the tracking number on the return parcel. Refunds can be issued to a digital gift card, which is the quickest option (2-3 business days after processing), or to your original payment method, typically taking 7-10 business days. You’ll receive email updates once your return is processed and your refund has been issued.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, our customer care team will contact you to discuss alternative options. We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
Once your return shipment is received at our warehouse, we will process it within 10 days. In most cases, your exchange will be completed within just a few days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking code as soon as your new order is fulfilled.
