We appreciate your purchase and hope you’re thrilled with it! However, if you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. Returning or exchanging your order is quick and easy, simply email us at info@integerclothing.com to start the process.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to initiate a return without providing a reason. Please note, your return package must be sent back within this period.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in a resaleable condition, with tags still attached.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Note
- Sale Items: Refunds are not provided for sale items. These can only be exchanged or redeemed as store credit.
- BOGO Free Deals: Both items in the deal must be returned together. Individual refunds or store credits for just one item aren’t possible. However, you can exchange one item for a different size or colour, just return the item you’d like to swap and keep the other.
Return Costs
Returns are at your own expense and depend on the courier and location of return.
Return Processing Time
If you’ve requested an exchange during your return registration, we’ll start processing your request immediately to minimise delays. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we’ll process it within 10 working days. After processing, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Please allow up to 3 business days for refunds to appear in your bank account.

What if my exchange item is out of stock?
Contact our customer service team for assistance. We’ll let you know when the item will be back in stock or work with you to find a suitable alternative.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is in the confirmation email sent after purchase. It’s a four to five-digit code. If you can’t find this email, reach out to customer service for help.
What if my item is faulty or damaged?
If your item is damaged during shipment or production, we’ll resolve the issue promptly. Email us at info@integerclothing.com with a photo of the issue, and our customer service team will assist you.
Can I return my order after the 30-day return period?
Returns outside the 30-day window are typically not accepted. However, you may exchange your item or receive a voucher. Please contact our support team to discuss your options.
